Shane Satterwhite

With more than 23 years of leadership experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, Shane Satterwhite has built a career centered on operational excellence, team development, and business growth. Throughout his tenure with Sonic Drive-In, he has served in a variety of leadership roles, including General Manager, Area Supervisor, Director of Operations, IT Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, and currently Operating Partner for the Birmingham, Alabama Sonic Drive-In. Over the course of his career, Shane has played a key role in training teams and successfully opening five Sonic Drive-In locations in Georgia and three in Alabama. His diverse operational experience and hands-on leadership style have enabled him to develop high-performing teams while driving consistent results across multiple markets. Passionate about mentoring others and creating opportunities for growth, Shane is committed to building strong teams and fostering a culture where people can succeed. As a leader within the PVG BAMA Group, he is always looking for innovative ways to strengthen the organization, grow its talent, and expand the company family.
